Community Guidelines


Our Community Guidelines provides an outline of acceptable behavior within the forum and servers provided by Conquest Reforged (individually the “Community”; together “Communities”), and apply to all content posted on or generated within our Communities. There may be additional rules that apply to specific areas of each Community. Use of our Communities constitutes your acceptance and agreement to abide by the following Community Guidelines in both letter and intent. Please take these rules seriously and don’t look for loopholes around them. Whether or not you agree with them, try to understand them and respect the spirit in which they were created.

We reserve the right to change, add to, and interpret any part of the Community Guidelines in a manner we believe best serves our Communities. Any content or member we believe is in conflict with the purpose of our Communities may be removed at our discretion. Our decisions are final.

Each member of the Community is responsible for 1) showing respect for the Community and other members of the Community and 2) not abusing the Community and other members of the Community.

The following rules apply to our official servers and forums.

Failure to abide by these rules may lead to thread deletion or, in some cases, banning from both the server and the site. These rules apply to all users.

Please read all rules and their descriptions before playing or posting.


Conquest Reforged may change these Community Guidelines at any time and the changes will become effective on the day of launching our website/forums and servers. You are responsible for checking periodically for changes and your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date indicates your acceptance of the new Community Guidelines.

For the benefit of the entire Conquest Reforged community, and to comply with applicable laws, we have certain general rules, which Conquest Reforged will construe in its sole discretion. Violation of these rules may be grounds for immediate termination of your right to use the Services or other actions by Conquest Reforged, you should carefully read and follow them.

A. Guard Your Password
Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an account and select a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. In the event of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, you must notify Conquest Reforged immediately and promptly change your password.

B. Obey the Law
You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libellous (e.g., untrue and damaging to others), invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, threatening, or obscene, or that infringes the copyright (e.g., rights of an owner or authorized user of material) or other intellectual property rights of others.


By using and/or registering for the community boards, user pages, or other tools or applications for communicating, posting, or creating User Content (collectively the “User Tools”), you agree to use the User Tools only to post User Content that is proper and related to the particular forum. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the User Tools, you interact with the following in mind:

A. Harassment and Threats
Our Communities are all about sharing and interacting with the Community in respectful ways. Predatory behavior, stalking, attacking, demeaning, defaming, threats, harassment, intimidation, and inciting others to commit violent acts are unacceptable. Any legal threat, express or implied, against our Communities, company or membership will result in an immediate termination of your account on both forums and servers.

B. Sex/Nudity and Shocking/Disgusting Content
Our Communities are not for pornographic, sexually explicit or even overtly sexually suggestive content. It is not okay to post violent or gory content that’s primarily intended to be shocking, sensational or disrespectful.

C. Profanity
Don’t use profanity or bypass our software-based profanity censor. This also includes the naming of ‘pets’. Profane or offensive pet names will not be tolerated. We censor the most extreme profanity words by default, words such as “damn” or “crap” are fine but please avoid bypassing filters or taking advantage of these relaxed filters; this includes spelling swear words with *’s or deliberately misspelling words with symbols or numbers, and/or abbreviations, and/or using different word in the same context.

D. Hate Speech
While we believe everyone has a right to express their point of view, even if it is unpopular, we don’t permit hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual preference). This includes the use of racial slur.

E. Controversial Topics (Religion and Politics)
Because they are so detrimental to the cohesion of any community, we do not allow the discussion of political/religious views, religious/political figures, or social issues that will inevitably draw members into a heated debate (e.g Evolution/Creationism or the politics behind gun control, abortion, etc). It is unrealistic to believe that a religious or political viewpoint won’t work its way into the Community in some fashion (e.g mentioning you will pray for a sick member). It is important to remember that the purpose of this policy is not to limit your ability to express your beliefs but to limit the division often caused by discussing/debating differing points of view regarding these subjects.

F. Privacy
Posting or distributing any form of personal information without the consent of the person is unacceptable. Examples of personal information include, but are not limited to address, IP addresses, phone numbers, or an unpublicized email address.

G. Spamming
Everyone hates spam. Don’t create misleading descriptions, titles or content in order to increase views. It’s not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including private messages.

H. Use Proper Chat Etiquette
Remember, our Community is a family-friendly environment. We have ages ranging from young children to grandparents. Refrain from using excessive caps, vulgar language, spamming/flooding, and NSFW content.

I. Advertising

(i) You are welcome to link your site in your signature as long as it doesn’t conflict with any rule in the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. However, our Communities are not intended solely as a venue for you promote your brand/site/product.*
(ii) If you would like to become a paid sponsor/advertiser within our Communities please fill out our “Advertise with us” form.
(iii) Any content promoting a site that is in conflict with the purpose of our Communities or is a direct competitor of one or more of our Communities may be removed.
(iv) Posting, emailing, private messaging, uploading, or otherwise transmitting any content containing affiliate account information is prohibited.
(v) Please note, any content transmitted through our Communities associated with one of our affiliates may automatically or manually have our affiliate account information appended to it. Removal of this appended information is also prohibited.
J. Illicit Information/Content
Please refrain from posting/linking/requesting pirated content, or paid subscription content. This includes talks regarding piracy.
K. Member Accounts
Each member is allowed a single account. If you cannot access your account, please do not create additional accounts as they would be considered “sockpuppet” accounts. Instead, please contact our admins or staff so we can correct the problem. Banned or deactivated members are not allowed to create new accounts.
L. Official Language
While our Community welcomes people of all languages, English is the official language of the Conquest Reforged Community because it is the common language between our admins, staff, and members. Because we cannot moderate conversations in a foreign language, you may not hold a public conversation in a language other than English. This includes signs, block letters, and pet names. If you wish to use any other language, you are permitted to via personal messaging.
M. Suggestions, Comments, and Criticism
(i) For questions, comments, or criticism regarding policy or any actions taken by the staff we encourage you to PM a member of staff with your thoughts.
(ii) Public discussion/debate of actions taken by the staff (present or past) or Community policy may be removed.
N. Use Common Sense
Above all, use common sense. This should be a given. If a staff member feels like you are not using common sense, disturbing or bothering other players or just plain trying to be a strain on the Conquest Reforged community in ways such as spreading rumors or disrespecting staff, punishments will be inflicted. This is a very broad rule; so think about what you’re doing before you do it.


Our Community Guidelines aren’t designed to specifically cover every possible scenario and you alone are responsible for any content or activity associated with your account. Membership with our Communities is a privilege granted by a private organization. It is not a social or legal right. We reserve the right to issue a warning, temporarily or permanently ban/deactivate your account(s) and/or IP addresses, or delete/edit your content if your conduct violates any part of our Community Guidelines or is counterproductive to our interests.

Our failure to enforce any part of the Community Guidelines, for any reason, shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to do so at any time.

Please note that your actions outside the confines of our Communities may affect your membership.

A. Warnings
Warnings may be issued if a member violates any part of the Community Guidelines. Warnings are not punishments. They are administrative notices and a record of an incident. Warnings are considered private matters and will not be publicly declared.

B. Administrative Leave
We will not be involved in any legal action between or involving members and may take action when necessary, including the temporary or permanent termination of a member’s account on our Community to protect the safety of ourselves and our membership.

C. Membership Review and Termination
Should a member receive sufficient warnings to necessitate a review, the admins or staff will evaluate the member’s history and decide on an appropriate action. A severe infraction of the Community Guidelines may result in the immediate termination of your account. While it is not standard practice, we reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice. Please note, that a termination of your account at one of our Communities will result in a termination of your accounts at all of our Communities.

D. Self-Termination
Members who request the termination of their account are committing digital suicide. We encourage members who are contemplating this request to step away from the Community, regain your composure and reconsider your request. Once terminated at your own request, you cannot come back.


(i) Moderators have the power and permission to warn or ban anyone at any time when the rules are broken. If you feel this was abused, contact an administrator on the site via the Ban Appeal section on our forums. Although moderators have this power, the warning or ban will be reversed if deemed unfit by higher authority.
(ii) All bans require proof (screenshots and/or chat logs) and a current administrator must have seen evidence for a ban to be held. No proof has to be shown to a banned user, however.
(iii) The administration will ban any users who dispute donations.
(iv) The infraction/ban reason used may not be relational to your offense if a moderator feels a different punishment is more suitable.
(v) Staff members are able to match users to accounts on both, the servers and forums using IP addresses.
(vi) Staff members have the right to kick, temp ban, ban, or warn a user if they feel threatened by a user or cannot perform their job to the best of their abilities based on a user’s behavior.
(vii) Staff members have the right to deny assistance to any user when deemed necessary.
(viii) Account Access. In order to ensure that Conquest Reforged is able to provide high-quality services that are responsive to Users’ needs, you agree that Conquest Reforged representatives will have access to your account and records as reasonably needed to investigate complaints. You are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Services.
